In a historic brick building on a nondescript corner in Rittenhouse Square, Friday Saturday Sunday operated as a neighbourhood institution for 40 years before chef Chad Williams and his wife Hanna took over the project in 2015. The couple have since infused new life into the restaurant and bar, deftly balancing its storied status while keeping the cuisine and attitudes fresh and evolving.
